Payment Details
When you order the Trial Pack, there is a £1 upfront payment required.
After placing your order, we’ll send you a digital contract to sign. This agreement confirms that you will:
- Use the Bait Saviour system during the trial period.
- Provide feedback on your experience.
- Return the Trial Pack after 2 weeks (or after up to 3 weeks if extended due to weather or other agreed circumstances)
We cover all postage and packaging costs to you. You are responsible for return postage and packaging costs when sending the Trial Pack back.
Failure to return the Trial Pack without prior agreement may result in charges equivalent to the product’s retail value.

Packaging ♻️
To help reduce our environmental impact as much as possible, all items are posted in cardboard packaging, with shredded cardboard inserts. All packaging tape is made from paper, with a water activated glue on the back.

Terms & Conditions
When you sign up for a Bait Saviour Trial Pack, you’re agreeing to the terms below. A full copy of the Trial Pack Agreement will be emailed to you once you complete the sign-up process, and you’ll be asked to sign it before the pack is dispatched.
What’s Included
You’ll receive a Bait Saviour Trial Pack which includes:1 x Hub,1 x Hub Suction Mount,1 x Bait Container,1 x Bait Bag.
The equipment remains the property of Q-Leap Technology LTD.
Trial Length
The trial lasts 14 days from the date it arrives with you. You can request an extension of up to 7 days if needed, such as for bad weather or delays.
Your Responsibilities
By joining the trial, you agree to:• Use the equipment responsibly and only for normal fishing operations during testing.
• Send honest feedback by email at the end of the trial.
• Return the full Trial Pack in good condition within the agreed timeframe.
• Cover the cost of return postage and packaging.Equipment Care and Charges
You’re responsible for the equipment while it’s with you.• Normal wear is fine.
• If the pack is lost, stolen, or returned damaged, Q-Leap Technology LTD may charge the retail value of the items.
• If the pack isn’t returned on time and no extension has been agreed, the same charge may apply.Shipping
• Outbound shipping to you is covered by Q-Leap Technology LTD.
• Return shipping is your responsibility.
• You must provide tracking details when sending the pack back.Feedback and Follow-up
At the end of the trial, you agree to complete a short feedback form or send a feedback email. We may contact you afterwards to discuss your experience or offer purchase options.
